21 natural solutions for fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia is a condition characterized by chronic pain and less. 3-5% of the population suffer from this disease, more than 80% of women. This is one of the fastest growing conditions in the United States. There is no specific lab test or final marker for diagnosis. It allows many symptoms and tender points along the body. This article describes a number of natural solutions for fibromyalgia.Fibromyalgia is classified with a positive response to 11 of the 18 specific sites on the body. Other classic results include chronic fatigue, sleep problems, normal blood tests and a history of generalized pain, especially in the neck and behind (1).
What are the causes of fibromyalgia:
The medical community has not developed a genuine mechanism of action defining fyrylialgia. Many have considered it to be a "centralized sensory syndrome" caused by biological abnormalities in the nervous system that produce pain and cognitive judgment, as well as psychological problems (2).
The term "fibro" means "fibrous tissue" in Latin and "myo" means muscle in the Greek with "universal" meaning that pain syndrome means. Thus, the name means a painful condition of muscles and binding tissue. People with fibromyalgia have a number of physical and psychological problems, including: .........
The central awareness process:
Most scientists believe that this is a chronic condition for sensitization of the muscular fascia to the nervous system. This means that the individual has a great sense of pain and tendency due to the fact that inflammatory agents are not always present (3, 4).
When you move the finger, many sensory information is processed in the cells of the plant, the spinal cord and the brain that you can see the pain. We all have a bit of a tricky answer to convince, so we can be a painful answer. People with fibromyalgia have a very low threshold of pain, which requires a lot of, if any, stimuli to change a painful response.
Anomalies of the HPA-asx:
One of the major factors associated with Fibromyalgia is dysregulated in the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (hPa). This is a problem that occurs when a person reacts or flees intensely and continuously. If you are determined, your HPA axis increases naturally from its activities. If it lasts longer, longing can make problems if these areas get hurt and failed.
Chronic fatigue pituitary and adrenal reduces the production of sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone and testosterone) and growth hormone production (HGH). These hormones are essential for the suffering of the body. Research has shown that it is a characteristic feature of people with fibromyalgia (5, 6)
Good healing answer:
People with fibromyalgia simply have a type of out-going event such as physical, mental or psychological trauma. This can be a car accident or a fall, a major infection or exposure to a poisoned chemical agent or the loss of a darling, child abuse, domestic violence, etc.
This trauma causes the HPA aspect to be normal. The problem arises if these people cannot be dealt with and properly adjusted. Most people can sleep, treat and adjust to the trauma. After a few weeks they are much better.
Fibromyalgia has occurred if the person is unable and unable to sleep. The poor response to healing leads to increased pain sensations and only strengthens the hPa as, creating a tough cycle where stress response blocks heal and promotes stress, pain and poor wound healing (7).
The microbiome and fibromyalgia:
A major study has linked the gut mucilage to neurological health. Research has shown that low levels of Lactobacillus and bifidobacteria are healthy due to increased excitability of the resin and nervous system and neurological inflammation (8, 9).
Research shows that 30-70% of fibromyalgia patients learn from small intestinal bacterial proliferation and digestive disorders (10, 11). The irritable heavy syndrome, indigestion or acid reflux (12, 13) are among the most common problems in patients with FMS.
Further research by Chris Kresser L.Ac following:
A 2008 study has a relationship between changes in the intestinal flora (intestinal flora) and fibromyalgia. (14)
patients had small intestinal bacterial proliferation (SIBO). (15)
A study of 40 fibromyalgia patients, 28 (70%), had blurred permeability (thus a leaky gastrointestinal tract). Importantly, 12 of 28 intestinal leak patients had no intestinal symptoms. This is one of the reasons why the bowel often remains as a potential underlying cause of fibromyalgia. (16)
Problems with mold and fibromyalgia
Mouth grows in buildings by water rejects and can release teeth as mycotoxins. These mycotoxins, such as afflotoxins, ochratoxins and trichothecs, have deleterious effects on human health and are very rare or detectable by conventional medicine (17).
One study found that 104 out of 112 (93%) people with fibromyalgia or chronic disease syndrome had at least one mycotoxin in their urine.
Many of these people were heavily subjugated to mouth from their home or office. I ask my clients if they feel better than they are in vacation (away from home). When you see a big change when they are away from their normal environment, it is a red flag for mouth.
Toxicity of heavy metals and fibromyalgia:
Many people with fibromyalgia have severe metal toxicity. The heavy metals most prevalent in this connection are metal, aluminum and lead. Risk factors for mercury toxicity include a history of amalgam fillings or a mother with amalgam fillings. In addition, many vaccinees have contained mercury and others.
If you have an old house with lead-based winches or have used a lot of song test lipstick, you can have high levels. If you use a lot of food in aluminum chances or if you are using aluminum cookie, you get an aluminum bottle as conservative. Heavy-duty washing can contain high concentrations of all heavy metals.
If you have a variety of mineral fences, such as low levels of zinc, this will result in higher levels of heavy metals. You can do a urine test to investigate your heavy metal comparisons.
Mitochondrial dysfunction:
Each cell in the body contains mitochondria that generate energy for the cell. Mitochondria are the batteries of the cell and are very important. Higher levels of oxidative stress contribute to mitochondria and cause a dysfunctional condition.
Studies have associated associated fibromyalgia with elevated oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction (18, 19). In particular, it can be seen that people with fibromyalgia decrease in coenzyme Q10, one of the major free radical birds in the cell and a nutrient needed for the mitochondrial respiratory chain (MRT) (20).
Treatment with CoQ10 supplementation can be seen to be effective for improving the symptomatology of fibromyalgia (21, 22).
